Overall great necklace only mild issue is with it being relatively hard to handle all the individual metal ropes and they occasionally break out of where they are supposed to be and it’s mildly hard to fix.
Id rate it 9/10 the only reason it doesnt get a 10 was because the chain broke it got cought on something and broke rather easy but I was just able to go out and buy a new chain for it other then that me and my gf absolutely love them

I got an extra necklace for free. The quality of the metal butterfly itself is good but the plastic chips that you put into the butterfly had areas where it wasn’t cut properly. You wouldn’t really notice if you were looking from a distance though.
Love the packaging and the customer service! I ordered one for myself and one as a birthday gift for a friend. When I became concerned that it wouldn’t arrive by her birthday, I contacted customer service and they were willing to work with me to get it to her asap! I will say that mine was a little tricky, meaning the interchangeable butterfly wings don’t go into the metal part of the necklace easily but my friend’s own doesn’t have that issue. Would definitely recommend to others!

The necklace is beautiful! I was expecting just a necklace with a single chip, but I was surprised to have more than one butterfly chip with variety of colors! 🦋 some chips are easier to put than others, so im a bit worried if the ones that are easier to put will fall or not, but having different ones make up for it 🤗 The necklace has an interesting feature and I love uniqueness so I give this necklace 5 stars! 🙌 P.S. I love butterflies so much 🦋💕

I love the Design and variety of the butterflies. The adjustable necklace ist a Bonus too, that way I don't have to worry about a fragile hook und the length of it. The only improvement that came to my mind is a clasp at the bottom of the frame to add a security and prevent a slip of the wings.
